Hey all! I’m in sunny Southern California (San Diego to be exact) and it’s great! I honestly do miss living in a place where you can wear flip flops year round. I totally understand why the entire world has moved to California…it’s pretty amazing.
Yesterday I drove to Santa Monica for the day just for fun and it was beautiful! Somehow I managed not to buy anything except for some frozen yogurt which hit the spot.
Today we’re actually going to do some Indian wear shopping. We need to find some formal Indian attire for a wedding so hopefully they have some options here.
Anyway, here’s an ab workout for you guys! Speaking of abs, I need to workout today. Hopefully I can get in a run while I’m here. I especially want to because the weather is SO perfect.
This workout should take you about 10 minutes if you run through it once. All you will need is a pair of light dumbbells and a swiss ball but if you don’t have equipment, I show you some modifications you can do.
Here are the exercise:
- Mountain Climbers
- Hand to Toe Touches– Switch sides after 30 seconds
- Side Plank Dips– Switch sides after 30 seconds
- Swiss Ball Passes
- Side Plank with Shoulder Raise– Switch sides after 30 seconds
- Russian Twists
- Supermans with Shoulder Press
