After my Spartacus beat down, I needed to cool off with a protein shake. Instead of trying a fancy smoothie recipe today…I stuck with what I know and like. I made a delicious chocolate banana-strawberry smoothie. Here are the ingredients I used:
- handfull of frozen strawberries
- half a banana
- chocolate protein powder (1 scoop)
- a tablespoon of chia seeds
- half a cup of unsweetened chocolate soy milk
Of course, after this lovely photo was taken… I opended the bag of chia seeds a little too quickly and proceeded to drop them all over the counter, floor, and into the drawer that was open. As my mom would say, “never dull!”
Finally, I blended up that smoothie and enjoyed! I hope you will too! ๐
