I had a delicious, warm breakfast this morning. There’s something I love about peanut butter in oatmeal. It makes it so creamy…and peanut buttery :).
This morning, I warmed up some rolled oats with nonfat milk…then the fun began. I added peanut butter, (of course…about a tablespoon), half a banana, some flax seed, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, and a little honey.
The result was a deliciously satisfying, warm breakfast on a chilly December morning (by chilly I mean like 50…in your face Chicago!).
To accompany my oatmeal this morning…I had a yummy cup of chocolate flavored coffee.
