Yesterday, we challenged ourselves to yet another Crossfit. This one seemed pretty simple until I realized we repeat it three times! There’s always a catch with Crossfit; it will never be as easy as you may hope. But that’s why I like it! It kicks my butt every time we do one. Here’s what yesterday’s looked like:
Repeat the circuit 3 times
- 100 meter run
- 50 pushups
- 100 meter run
- 50 situps
- 100 meter run
- 50 squats
- 100 meter run
- 50 back extensions
That’s it! Seems simple, right? Turns out 150 back extensions is pretty tough! Those and the pushups were the hardest for me. I could barely get through 50! By the way, I can’t do 50 full pushups in a row…I’m not that strong! I do as many as I can off my knees then the rest on my knees. Each time through I try to stay off my knees but it’s hard!
I’m off to the grocery store! Gotta stay under $30 bucks today…could be tough!
