My favorite book is called “The Picture of Dorian Gray,” it is very very interesting and keeps you focused and not daydreaming. And I suggest renting an older movie, like a classic like Casablanca or the blindside! πŸ™‚

These are not my favorite books, but they are a fun summer read: The Hunger Games Trilogy, by Suzanne Collins. As for a favorite movie, anything Jane Austen – seriously! Thanks for this fun giveaway!

My all-time favorite comfort reads are anything from Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series (One for the Money, Two for the Dough, etc). I find myself laughing out loud at many points. Another favorite is I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti (Giulia Melucci). Or the James Patterson Women’s Murder Club series.

As for a movie, I have to second the classic movie suggestion. The Quiet Man, To Have or Have Not and Funny Face are my go-to choices on that list.

Favorite book would have to be Girls’ Guide to Hunting and Fishing. I’ve read it at least four times. Movie is Grandma’s Boy. It’s stupid humor and completely dorky, but I laugh my ass off every time I watch it!

I’m currently reading Devious by Lisa Jackson and so far it is really good.

If you have Netflix instant view, you should start watching Weeds/Dexter/Eureka/In Plain Sight

all great TV shows and you can watch as many episodes as you want!

Favorite movie… hm. Dodgeball! I’m all for silly flicks. And as for books- I’m not much a reader. I read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks for an English course, though, and it was so interesting! Bits medical, bits personal, bits history- a little bit of everything! I’d recommend it.
